    10 penni black on yellow laid paper, Roulette II, two single examples and a horizontal pair, all used on 1870 entire letter to Helsinki tied by NYSLOTT datestamps (21/7) in black. Repeated strike of datestamp at right and framed 'Ank' arrival (27/7) in black. One single example with a short roulette at top, otherwise a fine and extremely attractive usage. Cert.
