    1864/1905: Used 'Skilling' Collection with 2 sk. blue (8), 3 sk. lilac (14), 4 sk. red including an imperforate pair and superb examples with KLH and MERN handstamps, 8 sk. grey-brown (9) including a delightful strip of three, 16 sk. greenish grey (9) with superb choice examples showing numeral 1, 7, 12, 17, 51 and 217; rare 8 sk. and 16 sk. with superb line perf. 12½ examples; bicoloured 1870 issue presented by printing with examples of nearly every shade from 2 sk. (15, including a strip of five on piece), 3 sk. purple & grey (12) with beautiful pairs cancelled MALMO cds's, 4 sk. (14) including a strip of three with rare line perf. 12½, 8 sk. brown & grey (9), 16 sk. green & grey (8), 48 sk. lilac & brown (5) including a pair and a fine single example cancelled 55 numeral (ex Gene Scott). A fine classic lot with much of interest to the specialist with 24 certificates.
