    Type 9. 1896: Austria 2 kr. postal stationery card, underpaid and used to Bombay, cancelled at 'Aschen' on despatch (April 3), with 'T' mark at left. Manuscript '7½ cts.' in red ink. Carried by the 'Sutlej' and struck with SEA POST OFFICE / C datestamp (April 18) and framed FOREIGN POSTAGE DUE / 1 ANNA 6 PIES handstamp in black by the Sea Post Office. Slight bends to card but scarce (only known usage is 1896); for further information see handbook, page 108.
