    Type 6. 1886: Cover to Madras franked by 1883 5 d. green tied by 'Salisbury / 683' duplex. Reverse with 'Dinton / Wilts' despatch cds (Dec 10) and SEA POST OFFICE / F / 23 DEC. / 86 datestamp in black applied at Suez. Carried by 'Thames' and struck with Mylapore arrival (Jan 5, 1887). Stain on front panel but Sea P.O. datestamp superb. A rare cover - the earliest recorded usage of the Type 6 / Set. F datestamp.
