    Type 2. 1873: Cover and part back to Lyon franked solely by 1867 6 a. 8 p. slate tied by Calcutta 'B/1', very fine oval SEA POST OFFICE / F datestamp (Sept 5) on flap, applied in black at Bombay. Carried on the 'Galconda' arriving Suez on September 23, with Lyon arrival (Sept 29). An attractive piece. Illustrated in the handbook on page 31.
