    Bacau 1858c: Cover to Jassy struck on front with fair impression of framed Cyrillic "FRANKO" handstamp applied in Bacau in greenish ink (Kiriac fig. 205). Reverse with "Jassy / Moldova" arrival (fig. 279) cds in blue (4/7). Rare cover addressed to the Interior Minister.
