Ministero di Agicoltura, Industria e Commercio (Serie 17/0001) advertising card franked with 20 c. orange perforated 'CC' used from Bologna to Modena showing various advertsings on front and back. The cards had been sold with the applied stamp and already perforated (Cartolina Commerciale). Scarce and rarely offered on the market. Fine. Sass. Emiss. Pubblicitarie = EUR 7'500.
