    1892/93: Small Lion 25 st. blue, perf. 10½, used on cover to Coburg, Germany tied by first type VARNA / ROUSTCHOUK Travelling Post Office datestamp in black. Reverse with Rustchouk transit (11/IX) and Coburg arrival cds (28/9, gregorian), also a 1907 cover franked by 25 st. blue with fine BURGAS / SOFIA T.P.O. datestamp of transit. Scarce.
