    1901: 25 st. black & blue overprinted PCP (Pour Certificate Postale) in black, used on registered 1912 cover to the Advice of Receipt Department of the Berlin Post Office, tied by 'Sophia' cds in black. Reverse with Berlin arrival cds (Jan 19). A rare and appealing usage.
