    1867: Franz Joseph 25 so. red (2) and 15 so. bister, fresh colours and good perfs. (15 so. def. at top right), tied by crisp "ANTIVARI 14 / 9" cds's in blue (Tchilinghirian & Stephen fig. 467) with "P.D." in Italics alongside to compl. letter front, dispatched from the Turkish P.O. of Scutari, franked with Turkey 1869 Dulos definitives 10 pa. grey lilac and 2 gr. brown red, both with very good perfs. and cancelled by ideal two ring handstamps of Scutari (Coles & Walker fig. 3), thereafter sent further to Venice. Mixed franking for the way within the Osman Empire and from the Austrian P.O. to Italy with 10 so. for the way to Triest and 15 so. for Italy. Cert. Ferchenbauer (2015) Ferchenbauer = R.
