    1864: 3 soldi green, perf. 9½ used in combination with 1867 25 s. grey-violet on 1868 cover to Genoa, neatly tied by LLOYD AGENZIE / SMIRNE datestamp (4/1) in black. Framed small cartridge PIROSCAFI / POSTALI / ITALIANI alongside and italic 'P.D.' in black. Reverse with Brindisi transit cds (Jan 9) and Genoa arrival cds (Jan 11). An attractive and scarce mixed issue franking. Signed Colla, Ferchenbauer.
