    PETARE 1859 (Nov 15): Registered cover struck with circular CORREOS DE VENEZUELA / PETARE. / CERTIFDO handstamp in black and surrounded at edges with '0' markings to denote registration (12 strikes). Reverse with dated docketing of receipt. Some acid ink faults but a very rare marking and probably unique.
