    1865/71: 1 r. olive bistre, clear impression, unused block of 32, positions 1-8/37-44, position 1 showing the colourless embossed oval Control 'Republica del Ecuador' with Coat of Arms and position 4 showing plate flaw: double outer frame line at base, of excellent colour and freshness. A rare block.
