    Local Express Post 1847: Kidder's City Express Post, Brooklyn, New York 2 c. black on blue surface glazed paper, a mint block of four, each stamp initialled 'I.S.' (Isaac Snedeker) in manuscript, some minor creasing and scrapes as can be expected but the largest known multiple of this rare Local issue. It is interesting to note that David Golden had no block of this issue. Cert. PF (2001) Scott = $ 3'500.
