    1868/74: 'Habilitado / Por La / Nacion' handstamped overprint in black on 1859 10 c. lilac rose, a vertical pair used on November 1, 1873 entire letter to Cadiz, Spain tied by blurred oval network obliterators in black and further tied in manuscript (upon receipt); with Manila despatch cds above. Reverse with Cadiz arrival cds (Dec 16). An extremely rare issue on letter. Cert. Comex (2014) Edifil no. 20F.
