    Official 1858: Una Onza black on rose, Cuatro Onza black on green in single and horizontal pair one of which is crossed by tear, used on 1858 cover front to Ponce tied by oval network handstamps in black. 'Admon. Gral. / Puerto Rico' cds below (Aug 4) in blue. Despite the fault, a dramatic and very early usage of the World's First 'Official' issue. Cert. Comex (2014) Edifil no. 7+8 of Cuba.
