    12 cs. blue & rose, perforated with variety: Frame Inverted, used on 1865 entire letter to France, cancelled by part obliterator of Madrid in black with despatch cds (Sept 24) at upper right. Oval 'PD' in black and '5c.' charge mark in red on front, reverse with 'Bordeaux / Toulouse' TPO cds (Sept 26) in black. The addressee's name has been erased in ink, otherwise a fine and very rare usage of the perforated Inverted Frame variety on letter. Cert. Comex (2014) Edifil 76ea.
