    2 r. dull salmon, a vertical strip of four with large margins all round, scissor cut in margin only between third and fourth stamp; used on 1865 cover to New York, USA tied by circular numeral '6' numerals of Malaga and by oval 'PD' in black. Malaga despatch cds (May 6) and London transit cds (May 11) in red on front with fine NEW YORK AM. PKT. / 42 datestamp of arrival (May 27) in black. Slight file fold but an impressive and rare franking.
