    15 bani red imperforate and February 1872 25 bani brown, perf. 12½, used on small 1872 registered cover to Jassy, tied by ROMAN datestamps (Aug 3) with repeated example at right (Kiriac fig. 507). Straight line RECOM at left with docket number 21 alongside in manuscript. Framed 'PD' on front and reverse with faint unclear arrival cds and five intact red wax seals. A fine mixed issue franking paying the 10 bani postage + 30 bani registration fee. Rare. Cert. Hiembüchler (2014).
