    5 bani red, a fine four margined example in a bright shade, the top panel of the stamp with extraordinary Transfer Flaw with 'CIN' of 'CINCI' clearly doubled and lettering in 'ROMANA' blurred, neatly tied to large part of 1871 'Recepisa de Priimire' for a registered letter to Paris at 355 bani rate (where is that cover!) by BUCURESTI datestamp (27/7) in black. An extraordinary stamp and most unusual.
