    10 bani blue, a fine large margined example (Transfer Type 3) in a bright shade, used on Printed Matter entire letter from Galatz to Chiavari, Italy tied by GALATZ datestamp (3/8) well struck in black (Kiriac fig. 395). Framed 'PD' at left and reverse with Vienna transit cds and Chiavari (10/8) arrival datestamp in black. File fold well away from the adhesive, an extraordinary and extremely rare entire: the sole example of this usage to Italy I have recorded. Cert. Heimbüchler (2014).
