    10 bani orange, fine used example (Transfer Type 3) with good margins all round, used on 1870 Printed Matter wrapper to Vienna, tied by BUCURESTI / DIM datestamp (6/8) in black (Kiriac fig. 441). Framed 'PD' at right and reverse with Vienna arrival cds (9/8) in black. The cover is browned but not unattractive and demonstrates a very rare 10 bani Printed Circular rate to an external destination.
