    5 pa. black on blue thin paper, a used vertical strip of three with good margins all round, couple of small closed tears at right and some creasing, cancelled by large part Buchrest datestamp in black. Despite faults a very rare multiple. Cert. RPS (1966) Mi = EUR 2'100.
