    2 pa. black on yellow thin paper (Transfer Type 6), a fine example with ample to large margins all round used  on 1867 Printed Circular from Bucharest to Braila, tied by small double ring BUCURESCI datestamp (6/3) in black (Kiriac fig. 337) with reverse showing 'Braila' arrival cds (8/3) struck in red (Kiriac fig. 368). An extremely rare rate and franking with just four, perhaps five, such usages recorded. Cert. Heimbüchler (2014).
