    40 parale blue on bluish wove paper, a delightful used horizontal strip of four with enormous margins all round, creased between first and second stamp (appears to be prior to printing) and the fourth stamp with a light impression at right; cancelled by two complete strikes of the PIATRA / MOLDOVA datestamp (2/3) in blue (Kiriac fig. 281).
