    Bucharest 1864 (Dec 15): 1864 definitives 10 so. blue and 15 so. brown in a hor. pair, all perf. 9½ (10 so. stamp with contemporary tear, 15 so. stamp with two short perfs.), in fresh colour, tied by "BUCAREST 15 / 12" (Tchilinghirian fig. 714) cds's to cover, with red "P.D.", French red entry datestamp "AUTR. STRASBOURG" and "A." alongside, sent to Paris with Vienna transit and arrival datestamp (Dec 22) on reverse. In spite of its imperfections an attractive cover. Cert. Ferchenbauer (2014).
