    Apam 4 r. black on yellow, a superb large margined example with black District name overprint, minor contemporary corner crease on application, used on March 7, 1864 entire letter from Mazaquiahuac to Mexico City (Vertiz correspondence) tied by negative CORREOS / APAM circular handstamp (Schatzkes fig. 24) in black. Apam received just 300 of the 4 reales on an 1861 invoice. A very fine and rare entire.
