    Jalapa 1 r. black on green, a fine example in an extraordinary 'blue' shade used on cover to Jalapa tied by framed PEROTE handstamp (Schatzkes fig. 630) with 'Junio 22' date in manuscript below. A strange and interesting stamp on an attractive cover. Signed Jaretzky.
