    Mexico City 2 r. yellow green, used example on small piece showing massive diagonal pre-printing 'pli d'accordeon' paper fold (3.5 mm), neatly tied to piece by FRANCO / MEXICO cds in black. The paper, after wetting during the printing process, sometimes stuck together causing folds which were not always corrected. Illustrated in 'Mexicana' in April 1989 article by Franco Vannotti. Rare.
