    Consular Forerunner 1921 (Nov. 19): Cover from Köln/ Germany franked with 1 M 20 Pfg. addressed to Barranquilla showing boxed arrival mark on reverse, readdressed with red ink to Bogotà and additionally franked with 30 c. rose cancelled by fine strike of Barranquilla time clock (Dec. 5) and forwarded by air, receiving boxed "Recibo Bogota Dic 9 1921" arrival mark in magenta on reverse. Fine and scarce franking.
