    1931 (Sept. 25): Registered Colombian postal stationery envelope of 4 c. blue to Cali, delivered at Leningrad and franked on front and reverse with five Russian adhesives cancelled by large "Leningrad-Berlin Air Link" cachet,  uprated with three Scadta values and three Colombian adhesives, cancelled on arrival "Cali 20.X.1931".
