    Surcharged "VALOR 20 Ctvs." in violet on 50 c. pale green (rough perforation at bottom and on top) and first issue 50 c. pale green, both tied by "Scadta / Bogota" circular cachet in violet used together with 1920 Colombia 2 c. red and 3 x 3 c. green (blunt perfs. at right) cancelled with Barranquilla (Dec. 1921) large cds. in black on business envelope to New York, showing Scadta three line handstamp on reverse. Despite minor imperfections a scarce cover Scott  = $ 2'500 for used stamp off cover.
