    1922 (Dec. 4): Registered envelope from Bogotà to Barranquilla franked with Scadta 50 c. blue and  horiz. pair of 1921 provisional 3 c. on 3. c violet, tied by circular SCADTA Bogotà handstamp together with unoverprinted Scadta 20 c. orange brown to make up the registration fee, just showing large boxed "Recomendado al senor Agente de la Scadta para entrega personal" in red on front and on reverse of cover (vertical fold away from stamps, some edge wear), an interesting item.
