    1 d. blue, a fine large margined example, small nick in margin only and just touched at base by file fold, used on 12 October 1858 entire letter to Genova, Italy tied by '1-Lima-3' handstamp in black. Reverse with Genova arrival (Jan 22, 1859) and charged '15' in manuscript on arrival. With no endorsements on the cover it is probable the letter travelled direct by an Italian Ship as the journey time was 102 days.
