    Persia 1929 (June): Registered envelope sent from Heinz Brockmüller in Teheran / Persia addressed to F. Weber (Seccion Cientifica) Scadta Apartado 203 in Baranquilla, franked on reverse with 9 ch. + pair of 15 ch. tied by Teheran cds, via "New York 6.28.29" with circular "Barranquilla Recomandado 9. JUL 1929" and framed "OFL" cachets in blue as well as "SCADTA Barranquilla 10.VII.1929" arrival mark on front. Interesting free franking cover to a Scadta official, as Persia also wanted to build up a similar air transport system. Scarce Incoming mail.
