    Italy 1929 (April 29): Business envelope M. Balestra S.A. Milano (trimmed at left) sent at double rate by two cover system to Bogotá, franked with Scadta machine overprinted 'I' 10 c. green (2, of which one with part strike of violet APARTADO) and 20 c. grey (2) plus National postage 4 c. blue in pair, all tied by Barranquilla datestamps and backstamped on arrival "Bogota -1.V.1929" on reverse. Fine.
