    1813/1819: Covers (2) from Barbosa to Rio Negro, both with boxed BARVOSA / FRANCA in black and red, the later being dated 21.December 1819, four days after the "Congress of Angostura", where the "Republic of Great Colombia" had been declared. Two very rare postmarks, both being unlisted in Tizon.
