    1928/29: NORTE DE SANTANDER Group of nine covers (some toned), all franked with special delivery stamps for airmail of Dept. of Santander, incl. two covers franked with horizontal pairs 2 c. green (one registered) to Barranquilla, 4 c. green used from "San Gil 17.10.1929" to Bogotá, another one to New York as well as fine usage of horizontal pair together with 1923 Scadta 40 c. purple from Socorro to Medellin. Seldom offered and scarce though.
