    1928 (Aug. 30): Registered envelope from Medellin to Bogotá franked with Colombia 4 c., Scadta 30 c. blue plus 20 c. grey used as registration stamp with large manuscript 'R' in red, all tied by Scadta-Medellin cds's with registration handstamp in violet and "Bogota -1.IX.1928" arrival mark on reverse. Scarce usage of handstamped registered 20 centavos on original album page.
