    1877: Liberty 10 c. deep red brown, a diagonally bisected example used on 1881 cover to New York, tied by circular ADM. NACL. DE CORREOS / CARTAGENA datestamp in blue (Aug 10). Repeated strike at left and 'New York/Paid All duplex on reverse (Aug 23). Scarce usage, bisected for 10 c. rate due to Colombia joining UPU on July 1, 1881. A fine cover. Cert. Moorhouse (2014).
