    1787(ca.) : Very early envelope from Riga to the count von Spiegel zum Diesenberg in Arnsberg, sent via Berlin and Münster, showing boxed ornate RIGA handstamp, charged with ''45 1/2'' kopeks on reverse. The receiver was the governor of the electors of Cologne in the Duchy of Westphalia. Dobin fig. 0.04 = 8 points, $ 500+.
