    1866: 5 c. orange-yellow, pinhole and internal tear caused by the Post Office stitch holes, used on 1870 Payment Document tied by framed IBAGUÉ handstamp in black. The form signed and dated at Ibagué (June 24) with corresponding manuscript charge at upper left '0.05 c.' Rare and very unusual, the sole example of this usage we have recorded. Cert.
