    1865: 20 c. violet, a dramatic lower marginal horizontal strip of ten, faults at left and touched to enormous margins all round, used on blue registered 1865 cover to Cartagena, tied by five oval BOGOTÁ handstamps in black and by two '0' markings in red denoting registration. Superb italic 'Certificacion à Bogotá / Salio en 3 de Mayo de 1865' in red with date in manuscript below and reverse with docketing of receipt (May 12) alongside Bogota Postmaster's seal in red. Despite the faults this wonderful and rare cover is one of the most important covers of the 1865 issue. Cert. Moorhouse (2014).
