    1863: 10 c. blue in a deep shade and 20 c. red, botth with four large margins, used on judicial cover to Tulcan tied by manuscript 'Pasto' cancellation in ink. Cover annotated at upper left with 'Peso 30 gr., valor 30 centavos' in manuscript, corresponding to the corect rate, and reverse with full docketing. Minor file fold just touches adhesives but barely apparent on an extraordinarily attractive and extremely rare cover, Cert. Moorhouse (2014).
