    1930 (12. Mai): Jean Mermoz First Flight to South America, airmail envelope  from Paris (10.V.) franked with 5 Fr. brown and 'Congrès du B.I.T.'  overprinted Semeuse 50 c. red + Pasteur Fr. 1.50 blue, each in an horizontal pair, sent via Toulouse (11.5) to Natal with "Rio Grande Norte 13.V.30" arrival mark on front, signed by Mermoz, fine and scarce.
