    1863: 5 c. orange, a horizontal pair with large to just touched margins, used on 1865 entire letter to Bogota cancelled by oval MEDELLIN / FRANCA handstamp in blue with handstruck '1' at left for rate. Framed 'Agencia Principal de / Correos / Medellin 11 Mayo / 1865' handstamp at lower left in blue. The gum from the stamps has bled into the entire's paper leaving a surrounding stain but a rare stamp on letter. Cert. Moorhouse (2014).
