    1862 (Sept. 29): Province di Napoli 5 gr. carmine rose in an horizontal strip of three (clear at right and bottom left) tied by Bari cds. to cover with 'col vapore francese di Genova' and 'Lubiano per ' in manuscript, sent via Genova, Milano, Desenzano, all dated Oct. 4 to Ljubljana showing dated straight line cancel of Krainburg and "Stadt Laibach 6/10"cds on reverse. An unusual routing clockwise around the peninsula instead of crossing the adriatic sea. Sassone = EUR 1'800.
