    1867/73: Crete. Covers (3) all to Syra, Greece with 1867 cover at double rate to Syros franked by Austrian Levant 1864 10 s. blue pair, perf 9½ tied by CANDIA cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 542) and taxed with Large Hermes 40 lepta on arrival, 1870 entire letter with 1867 Austrian Levant 10 s. tied CANEA two line datestamp (fig. 533) taxed with 20 lepta in blue and 1873 cover with similar franking. Generally fine, a scarce assembly.
