    1935: 5th Postal Union Congress, the set of six printed by Waterlow (CR$1.30-CR$10'00), fresh and fine mint, all overprinted SPECIMEN in black, large part og., also imperforate Waterlow Proof blocks of four of the CR$1.30 value and CR$10'00 value, again with security punch-holes and backed on to card. A scarce group.
