    1913 (Nov 1):  Impressed 1 pi. blue with 'Provisional Government' inscription on wove envelope, size 23 x 37 mm., used with bold strike of negative DEDEAGATSCH handstamp in black, mailed via French P.O. with DEDÉAGH cds (Nov 1) and bilingual LOVETCH (Bulgaria) with bilingual arrival cds (Oct 25, old style). Sensibly opend for Exhibit display, scarce and most unusual. Ex collection S. Kuyas.
